is it just the way they cut it? i have cutles or tendors in the oven baked, noting on it, just plain from the package, they taste exactly the same, just wondering.

if you're talking about the purdue ones, the low fat chicken cutlets are somewhat better for you, but the meat is processed and includes rib meat. every once in a while you get a chunk of meat that is just plain inedible, and it's so gross that it becomes hard to choke down the rest of your meal.

because of that, i buy the low fat chicken tenders. they are ALMOST as good for you, and use whole pieces of white meat.

my tenders were the same as cutlets, just smaller, all white meat, easy to chew, soft, no bones....

in that case you're better off with the cutlets. i'm guessing the cutlets are cut bigger than the tenders, so that means there is proportionally less surface area for the breading.

i dont eat them breaded.
