Im 19 male
weight 115kg (couldnt be botered figuring that out in lb)
6ft tall
if im looking now just to get rid of excess body fat how many calories should i be eating everty day?
also should it be a mix of 40% carb 40% protien 20% fat or something?
i reall im not sure on this type of stuff
Input would be much apricated :)

ARe you weight training? Are you doing any cardio?

Input would be much apricated :) well,40/40/20 is the way to go whne cutting,how does ur diet and routine look like,you need to eat ATLEAST 10-12X your body weight in lbs.I have no clue how much 115 kg is in pounds

115 x 2.2 = pounds (253lb)

Why don't you post what your current diet and workout schedule is like and we can recommend changes

i was just bulking up b4 doing a 4 day split
legs day 1
chest/back day 2
Arms Day 3
shoulers Day 4

i now wanna cut and i waqs thinking about continuing with this same split but adding about 45 minutes cardio 5 times a week


i usually go sunday monday tuesday thursday friday
rest wednesday saturday
