Everytime i try to do keto i cant stick to it. I just never get the energy i need to get through my day. Im now thinking of changing my diet to somthing like this

Carbs:
Oatmeal
Apples
Brown Rice
take in mainly in the morning

Fats:
Chicken
Peanuts/P.Butter

Protein
Chicken
Tuna
Whey Protein

Does anyone have any suggestions like when to take in carbs, how much etc. Right now i weight about 184 pounds and shooting for 1500 calories a day. I work at an Afghani resteruant so i can get as much Chicken and Brown rice as i want for free so those are the staples of my diet.

Keto isn't for everyone. Look into a 40/40/20 or 40/30/30 diet. I try and keep my carbs concentrated around my workout, pre and post. If I consume 200 carbs a day, most of them will be around my workout, like mentioned

Good sources of carbs include: oatmeal, yams, sweet potatoes, brown rice, veggies, etc...

Good sources of protein include: chicken breat, meats, fish, etc

Good sources of fats include: walnuts, almonds, steak, olive oil, flax oil, etc.

Try to steer clear of TRANS FAT and SATURATED FAT

My other meals are P+F...

That is correct

40% protein
40% carbs
20% fat

OR

40% protein
30% carbs
30% fats
