what would be the difference if i did cardio for 30 min. at 75% max heart rate compared to 30 min. at 85% max heart rate? would the calorie expeadenture be that much different? cuz 75%would obviously be a lot easier to do.... does it really matter?

just push yourself on each workout. every workout try to go longer/faster than the previous. you'll lose weight.

yeah it does matter.

Another thing to take into account is the calories burnt AFTER the cardio. If you really work hard, it will take your body a much longer time to recover and therefore , will burn more calories in the hours after the workout.
