View Full Version : Minimize damage from a cold

i have a killer cold that won't let me lift or do cardio. i'm supposed to be bulking with 2800 calories (i'm 5'7 and 145), and i want to know what i should do to minimize muscle loss/fat gain from not being at the gym for three days. any ideas?

i'm thinking about keeping the calories the same but eating more protein via whey shakes.

Unless you got Captain Trips you should only be out for a couple of days.

Eat lots of vitamin C and rest. You won't lose any muscle that quick.
