Nordic Naturals or Viva Naturals

Both have been third party tested and rank high in quality.

I stopped taking fish oil and didn't notice any difference. So I don't think I will take them again. But I should definitely eat more fish.

Fish oil is complete ****

Do yourself a favor and get some quality salmon roe instead. 1-2 tbsp/day

Controlled Labs Orange Triad or Life Extension Super Omega 3 because those two have a good EPA/DHA content listed

Looks good, but if you need 3 pills to get the recommended 2g dose of EPA/DHA then it becomes a little less economical.

I've been using Controlled Labs Orange Oximega Fish Oil (https://www.bodybuilding.com/store/clabs/orange-oximega.html) for many years, an excellent choice. I do 4/day for 2.4g combined EPA/DHA

whoopsies has 6000 fish oil for $102. Last time I needed fish oil, I bought 8,000 fish oil capsules for 55$ on ebay. They oxidize if they get warm or are stored in sunlight. I store them in my cold basement in a box covered so no light gets to them, and remove a few hundred into a container as I need them and then close the box. Also, the burpiness with many fish oil is reduced greatly by putting them in the fridge/freezer. Best of luck :)

With supplements cheaper is not always better. Especially with something like fish oils that are known to contain heavy metals and other contaminants. Also, the EPA/DHA per serving is the important part. Some fish oils require you to take +8 caps a day to get the recommend dose of EPA/DHA versus the more quality products that only require 3-4 caps.
