Is 380 calories/100g alot for a protein powder or is it a normal value?

I believe it depends on your goals, if it fits your overall calorie intake/doesn't bother your diet it should be good.

Personally there's no way I'd want to consume 380 calories in liquid form because I'll just be hungry again in 30 minutes. If I'm going to eat 380 calories, I'd rather it be something satiating that's going to keep me feeling full for longer than that.

As I've always said, knowledge is knowing you can eat whatever you want as long as it fits your macros. Wisdom is not wasting your macros on whatever you want just because you can.

Most protein powders range from about 100-130 calories per 30-35g serving.
