I went to the grocery store to shop for some stuff to make sandwiches. I checked out some sliced turkey and bread and WOW!

Smoked turkey (100g):
90 cal
18g protein
1.5g fats
1g carbs

Protein bread (20g):
53.2 cal
2.47g protein + 1.51g fiber
1.38 fat
7.81 carbs
Made with whole wheat and soy flour, seeds (sunflower, millet, flax) and flakes (sunflower, oat, soya). 100% organic.

So each sandwich is about:
235 calories and 18g proteins

I never knew sandwiches could be so... healthy! Any other suggestions?

Yeah, either double up on the turkey, or have a protein shake with it, so you're getting at least 30g.

back in high school i ate straight peanut butter sandwiches i had total control of my diet during season and off i would have an extra sandwich before practice. but i always got weird looks when i would be stuffing my face between classes. cutting or bulking, sandwiches are the way to go
