I find eating a meal say chicken breast and low carb stir fry vegetables fills you up for about half an hour then you are immediately hungry again.

I don't want to do the whole Atkins high fat route but am willing to reduce carbs and eat healthy n balanced.

What about chicken breast, beans, and stir fry veg, the beans will fill me up along with the chicken, and the veg is for health?

I just want to be full for a long time so its easier.

A low calorie high satiety meal is anything that you eat that fits your calories and makes you feel adequately full, which is different for everybody...for me, a low calorie/filling meal might be 4oz grilled chicken, 6 shrimp, and 150 calories of a side dish, either veggies or some popcorn, something you can eat a lot of without driving up the calories, something to satisfy, as it were. This would come out to somewhere around 500 calories/50 grams protein.

Generally, higher protein content meals are going to be more satiating.

A high fiber high protein diet is the way to avoid hunger. I just managed to loose 16 pounds of belly fat and love handles over a short period with the following diet which avoided all grains except oatmeal and was full of vegetables.

Very Early morning: Lots of coffee mixed with one full pint of 1% low fat milk
Breakfast: One full cup low fat (1.5%) cottage cheese and one large fresh sliced tomato
Lunch: 2 cups (raw) quick Quaker oats (600 calories) cooked in 3 cups water. Add one full scoop of whey protein (24 grams protein), Sucralose (no cal sweetener), and one cup 1% milk.
Dinner 5 nights a week: 12 oz (raw) grilled chicken breast and two of these three steamed fresh vegetables: 8 oz (raw) fresh mushrooms, 8 oz (raw) fresh broc****, and 8 oz (raw) fresh carrots.
Dinner 2 nights a week: some combination of 12 oz raw grilled fish, pork chops, or lean steak, sweet or bake russet potato, and canned peas or spinach.

I was never hungry, 16 pounds of fat flew off, and I gained about two pounds of muscle in the process by hitting the gym fairly hard, 5 days a week and adding 20 minutes of aerobic exercise to my regular gym workout.
