Well I know why take supplements :D but why would you take supplements if you can take amount of calories from food ?

EX: protein

COMBAT 100% WHEY 5LBS
One serving(35g): 25
Total: 2267.96/35*25 = 1619
price: $54.99

Chicken Breast 13LBS
100g: 31
Total: 31/100*6000 = 1860
pirce: $41

so this usa price and in my country chicken breast more cheaper and supplement cost is very high ? so people use supplement because it easier ?

sorry i am new

Those price are different in a lot of places. Powdered protein is still cheaper per gram here in the UK. It also has convenience value. If I want protein first thing in the morning or last thing before bed then whey is very convenient.

Convenience, that's it. Supplements are exactly that, a supplement, not replacement. If you have the option to make your meals all the time, baking, grilling, cooking, etc., do it. Supplements exist because is it easier to down a shake after a workout to get protein in your body immediately or eat a chicken breast in the parking lot? Most would argue the shake until you get home and can have a real meal.

Whey lasts longer in a zombie apocalypse

Also sometimes I can find protein powder on sale for like .25 a serving, which is like 25 cents for 20g of protein.

Because when you are in a marathon gaming/raiding session you can’t just get up and grill some chicken without wiping the group. Trust me.

Cheaper here in the US. It's a "fast food" and really simple to whip up like Desslok said.

All I want to know who the hell is buying MP Combat Powder. YUCK.

Whey protien is the one “supplement” nobody can call useless..it is “real food”. As for the comparison, 1 dry chicken breast is hard enough to choke down, I couldn’t imagine trying to do it twice a day on my 10 minute breaks at work.

Besides the above; some supplements like creatine for example can't be consumed daily from whole foods without going way over your calories.

Sounds like a troll question..

You're right, my friend.

If we talk about chicken - you need a place to cook it and eat. Supps - you need a shaker or pills/tabs.
