So I want a syntha 6 protein powder because everyone says they taste good. I am not sure which one to get so let me give you some info about myself. I'm 16, 5'7 and 150 pounds. I'm on the Skinner side but sometimes when I eat a lot I see my stomach getting bigger. I've been starting to train a little but I'm just struggling to get a good workout and struggling to keep up with the schedule. My main goal is to get muscular and pretty dang ripped. I also want abs of that's possible. Thanks guys let me know. If you can help me with everyone else I can private message you.

You should easily get enough protein & calories in from whole foods only..
Put in the effort and you'll definitely see results.

Oh, and what workout program are you on?

I wouldn't recommend any supplements at this stage.

If I could give any advice to my 16y/o self, it would be to just eat EVERYTHING in sight & train hard. The gains will come.

Just EAT. Get those calories up.

Some great advice above. Eat up and lift. All you need at this point!

Go to the Workout Programs (https://forum.bodybuilding.com/forumdisplay.php?f=8) section.

Read the stickies and look around at reputable novice routines such as Fierce 5 (https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159678631), Starting Strength (http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=158406513), All Pros (https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169172473), Greyskulls LP (http://www.powerliftingtowin.com/greyskull-lp/) etc. Pick one and follow it.

Eat food. Eat foods high in protein. Make healthier food choices in general, but remember that lots of calories does not mean unhealthy. Eat to gain weight, and grow. Hold on the supplements. Drink lots of milk.
