Houston is gonna have problems this year, they ll still make it to the semi finals but more than that, i doubt that.

it would be hilarious(i dont wish that to my enemy but) if CP3 gets one of those career ending injuries(he has nagging ones) and houston stuck with his big azz salary for 4 years.

Mbah can fill his spot just fine. And they still got PJ tucker and resigned Gerald green

The fuk? Well Houston probably think they'll be able to offload him to a rebuilding team in two years or so but either way... Too much money for too many years. I would have booted his ass.

That's a HUGE contract for anyone, especially an aging injury prone player who has only played 1 full season in his entire career. For the sake of NBA competitiveness I hope he doesn't get injured.

Unfortunately, there is no evidence to suggest that he won't.

Even if he was to stay healthy, I give CP3 one more season at "top" form, 2 seasons at the very max.
Those $40M seasons at the end of his contract will be painful. But Rockets are going all in with the hopes that next season they can get over the hump.
All jokes aside, they almost had it this year. And if wasn't for that full retard stretch of missing 26 3's in a row or whatever it was, they would've won even without Paul playing.
