For real, how much protein does 4 cooked, scrambled eggs contain? Somtimes i search up, it says 60g, sometimes 40g, and yesterday it said 26g protein...

Doesn’t 1 egg contain 13g og protein?? And then 4 would contain 49

Did you look at the nutrition label on the carton? The large eggs I get are about 6-7g protein per egg.

I prefer 3 whole ostrich eggs, not large one, but already only 6000 calories for breakfast.

Most grade AA large eggs have between 6 and 8g of protein per. Or, to make things easy, go with what the label on the carton says.

One egg = 6g/7g of protein give or take. Load up!

Download myfitnesspal on appstore probs on google play store as well, you can the barcode and it shows all the macros and you can add it to your daily consumption you've picked
when you first get the app it asks your goals to lose weight etc and it adds up what you need

Where did OP say weight loss was a goal? Why download things and read barcodes if you can just read the label on the carton or the answer in post 3,5, or 6?
