Hey Vets,

Help me out with this dilemma. I normally buy two brands of frozen chicken breast and Iv'e been doing this for months. I buy Foster Farms fresh ground turkey too (unrelated)

1. Tyson
2. Walmart (great value)

Tyson is 240 1 cup, Walmart is 550 1 cup

Sunday I went to Safeway and bought four bags of Safeway Select frozen breasts. I get home fire up the grill and cook all of it. I bag it up and throw it on the freezer. Then I look at the bag and the serving size say's "1 breast" **** you Safeway. Obviously they weren't all the same size anyway... Now I'm trying to ball park how much a cup of unseasoned, skinless, (truly) grilled breast will be. I don't trust these websites like fatsecret etc... I was going to go with 500 calories per cup. Thoughts?

Stop using volumetric measurements and WEIGH your food in grams.
