Hey all im doing i intermitten fasting and i have a couple of questions.
1. Should i train fasted?(heavy resisitance training)
2.when should my first meal be relative to my training?

IF is suboptimal for body composition goals - but if you like the eating pattern you can ameliorate this by having a protein shake first thing in the morning. I used to IF and this method works better all round.

To answer your questions:
1. You can if you prefer it that way. People with very demanding workouts will often do better if some carbs are consumed before.
2. If you were fasted then ASAP. Otherwise, doesn't matter that much as long as you get regular protein feedings through the day.
