I am struggling here. I weight 200lb's. This morning I ate a chicken breast which had 26g protein. Had 2 scoops of whey post workout which was about 48g protein. Just had another chicken breast. I am not even halfway to the amount I should have. I am just not a big eater.

Height?

.7g/lbs is minimum

Seems like you're shooting for 200g?

If you're overweight, which I don't know cause I can't see your height, you'd use your LBM x .7g for your minimums

140 grams will likely be sufficient for your goals.

Don’t forget the protein from the other foods you eat like rice and veg
I hit 250g of protein a day and that’s what my body likes. Some people do fine with less

I hit at least 150g a day easy through chicken, beef, milk, greek yogurt, nuts... I just make sure every time i eat a meal, it has at least 10% protein value. If i eat 2000 calories, easy 200g protein.

I eat things that taste good that have protein in them.

There is like 35g of protein in just 4oz of chicken breast, count your 40g-50g in 2 scoops of whey and you're over halfway there. The rest you can get with milk, yogurt, rice, nuts, cheese, etc. Just aim for 30-40g total grams of protein per meal then add a few snacks and you're good.

This is how I eat enough protein:

- a.m - protein shake
- lunch - leftovers reheated or sandwiches with cold meat, cheese, PB etc. With some extra nuts, jerky etc.
- evening meal with meat and veg
- pre-bed protein shake with greek yogurt.

Usually between 150-180g of protein depending on the evening meal.
