Hi,

That is my first post in the forums, it's great to join you!

I've been planning a long-term walking trip in south America.
The route will go through towns every 1-3 days to stock up on food.

My main concern is how to keep an healthy diet on the road.

Now, being based, I eat plenty of veggies every day, and enough protein.

It's very important to me to be able to get all the fibers and vitamins from food I could buy in grocery stores, and not rely on supplements.

I'd love to hear your some nutrition guidelines from you.

I'd love to help but I've never been to South America so I do not know what your nutritional options/choices are.

I will say however I think you're overthinking this.
