I've been working out 6 days a week for almost 2.5 months Now including yoga, strength and cardio. I have been tracking my BMR through a smart scale and it has been decreasing steadily. I am already lower than what I should be. I upped my calorie intake from 1350 to 1550 and have my macros high in protein and fat, lower carbs. I do find it difficult to make my calories on some days.
Right now my BMR is hovering around 1400 and was about 1436 beginning of Feb.

Just not sure how to increase this, while still losing weight.
Thoughts or advice?

Don’t worry about bmr as you aren’t in a coma. You should be more interested in your tdee which is how much you burn a day with activity included. The only accurate way to find out is to eat a consistent calorie amount for a few weeks and track how your weight reacts.

What do your macros look like and why low calories?

In burning about 2400 -2800 per day on average, sometimes more. Right now I'm trying to lose weight, but also build muscle- is 1550 too low? Am I more likely losing muscle because of a low cal intake? I'm trying to keep my macros around 35f 35p 30c

Don't worry about using ratios for your macros
