pro if you can afford it, intend to use psvr or have a nice 4k tv.

slim/regular if you want to save money, dont use psvr or dont plan to buy a 4k tv anytime soon.

Get a Switch instead

Recommended to get a PS4 Pro. You will run most games much smoother. Worth it.

Considering system-wide super sampling just got announced, if I were in your position I'd get a Pro no questions asked. Before this feature it would be a 50/50 call

50/50 because the PS4 already dose amazing graphics and paired with a good TV panel you're kinda set, Pro is just more pudding and icing ontop especially if you want the resolution bump, better AA, HDR and all that

If you are going to buy a brand new system, might as well go with the best model available.

Is money an issue? If yes: Regular PS4. If no: PS4 Pro.

Do you have a 4k TV or are planning on getting one in the near future? If yes: PS4 Pro. If no: Regular PS4 .

just got a pro and sold my regular to mitigate the costs.

I bought a new 4k TV with HDR and wanted to take advantage of the new tech

Depends if you have a 4ktv I'd say

I have a regular one, it works great on 1080p, what resolution is your Tv?

I have a regular one, it works great on 1080p,

"it works great on 1080p" - You don't say

Not sure what the cost diff is in the US, but I wouldn't buy an older model of something when there is a new one out, unless you're buying used and getting a great deal.

So if buying new, go with the Pro, even if you don't have a 4K TV yet.

the only time i would recommend a pro is if u dont have the regular

go pro phaggot

Do you have a 4k tv? If not it will be useless. Its worth it though if you have a 4ktv.
