I started at 300 pounds and I am now down to 285 as of this morning. My weight has stayed here for 3 weeks. I workout 5 days a week, lift for 3 days and do cardio on the 2 days I don't lift. Measurements are not moving like they were before the stall. Is it time to drop my calories or increase my activity level? I am kind of shocked that I have already stalled at 285 pounds..thats still a lot of weight..I weigh my food and I count everything to a T. Everything is accurate on the diet front. I eat 2750 calories a day. So I am not starving myself by any means. Should I drop lower to 2600?

Drop more than that if you can. Do 10 cals a day for every lb you want to end up weighing. 200? 2,000 a day or drop 100 cals a day for every 10 lbs you lose and you won't stall again

What’s your job? If it’s desk bound then you could easily drop to below 2000. I started at 2400 when I was over 300 pounds and dropped down to 1750 over subsequent months.

Desk job. Although I think my workouts are fairy intense. I am nervous to drop my calories to 2,000 or below. Wont I lose muscle mass dropping that low? Or is that generally okay because I have more fat to lose.

thanks man! You look great at 65 by the way! I hope I look like that! I am nervous dropping to 2,000. Wont I lose muscle mass if I do that? I obviously have a lot of fat at 285, but I'm just nervous ill **** up and lose muscle or feel weak setting cals that low.
