I saw a recipe for Apple Crisp Oatmeal Squares , i made my own mix , i used 2 cups oats,1 cup milk,2 banana,1.5 maple syrup,2 apples,2banana

If i were to count all together i would know the calories but the questions comes to this there is part's in oatmeal squares that are not covered with banana or an apple so how can you possible know the calories? Does it mean we only know the percentage of the calories?and not the exact number?

Use food scales. Input every food in grams in myfitnesspal recipes, then divide by serving.
