View Full Version : Kyrie Irving will always be a glorified Robin

Kyrie's a good player, but he's not a leader and certainly cannot lead a franchise. Lol @ him being carried by Jaylen Brown, a 2nd year player thus far. At this rate, he'll be 3rd fiddle to Tatum as well. People were like he gonna average 28+ this season and that Kyrie > Isaiah. Just lol. Not sure why anybody thought any different.

I guess it isn't too late for him and it is the beginning of the season and maybe he needs to get used to the system. But it's looking like he took playing alongside lebron for granted lol.

I dont always jump to conclusions, but when I do, I make sure it's after the team has only played 4 games.

Would you prefer if he is scoring 35+ per night and his teammate isn't involved and they are losing? Then the thread would be Kyrie only plays ISO.
Y'all so salty that the man decided to leave. You are complaining that his other teammates are playing well. lol wut.

lol

nobody expects him to score 35 a night don't think I've heard anybody say that. What does playing ISO or getting teammates involved have anything to do with what has been mentioned in this thread? All I stated was Kyrie isn't the franchise player that a lot of people think he is and that at best he is a very good second option. Not to mention that he's shooting 37% from the field so either way he still isn't playing good.

Who is salty about him leaving lol. Nobody is complaining about anything. Except stating the fact that a 2nd year player who was a role player at best shouldn't be playing better than your supposed "franchise player".

I think you managed to erect every strawman possible

he made it to the finals and had multiple playoff appearances, what did Kyrie do? I'll wait

11-12: 21-45
12-13: 24-58
13-14: 33-49

lets ignore the fact he was injured in all of those seasons, had even worse teammates than LeNeedsMoreHelp ever had, and tank specialist Byron Scott was brought in as coach and then brought back Mike Brown

funny how Lebronies justify LeSouthBeach decision to leave for these reasons but ignore Kyrie had it worse

So you're going to equate the failure that Kyrie is as a franchise player to lebrons just because both didn't win a championship in cleveland without each other, lol. There's a massive difference between making the finals and not even making the playoffs, lmao, fuk outta here.

Worse teammates? Not sure if it gets much worse than having Zydrunas and Drew Gooden as your best teammates. Mike Brown and Paul Silas were lebron's coaches in his first stint so what's your point? Kyrie played 50+ games in each of those seasons including 71 in his last season before lebron lol not to mention his rookie season was a lock out season. So in total he still played in 75+% of those games. Not to mention his 3rd season was so terrible and was on his way down until lebron james came and saved his bum ass from toiling in mediocrity.

i see we're coping as usual that kyrie isn't a franchise player.

We should just get fleshlight his own stickied thread where he can keep all his Lebron ramblings in one contained place. That way he still has an outlet for his psychosis and anyone that wants to entertain themselves can post in said thread. But then the rest of us can have NBA discussions without them always being derailed by fleshlight.

Yeah worse teammates lol. When Big Z, Gooden, Varejao, Mo Williams were better than any teammate you've had on your roster, it's a chit roster.

what do you mean what's the point? Lebronies use those guys as reasons Lebron couldn't achieve anything in Cleveland, but somehow ignore that same fact for Kyrie

Because if it’s the former... I’d say there’s zero chance of that happening.

You've been the golden child of no knowledge sports fanboy since Lebron won his 3rd ring (somebody bring up this cucks predictions for the 73 win warriors in the finals). I've never seen somebody show their ass so hard and still try and come back and look like they have anytype of bball IQ (maybe nolibs on the religion and politics board).

were Big Z and Mo Williams good enough to be All-Stars in the West? no

were they good enough to be All-Stars in the East? yes

was Dion Waiters ever good enough to be an All-Star in his career? no

were Big Z and Mo in their All-Star seasons better than Dion Waiters? yes

Please name me one player besides lebron that made the all-star game on the roster that made it to the finals that year. I'll wait ... we can argue circles all we want about who had the worst roster but the facts are with two chitty rosters, lebron made the finals with one, kyrie couldn't even sniff the playoffs with the other. Why can't Kyrie lead (not even carry) a roster if he supposedly was carrying lebron??? lmfao.

not sure what your point about coaches was considering both played under mike brown and paul silas was just lol

But i mean laker cucks continue to expose their casual, low b-ball IQ regularly so it doesn't come to a surprise. It's just comical right now.
