I couldn't believe that when I saw it. If that's Gronk going in instead of ASJ it doesn't even get looked at twice.

Good call. Jenkins should've maintained possession. But he didn't.

Refs were worse 10 years ago when the Pats made Champ Bailey fumble out of the end zone on a interception return and they gave the ball to the Broncos.

lol this so much

the call was correct, you can argue it's a BAD RULE like the Tuck Rule, but the call was correct, fumbled before end-zone crossed, went out of bounds therefore it's a touchback for the Patriots.

I haven't watched the replay and ignored Fouts and his tantrum about it during the broadcast. I don't like the call just from an NFL fan perspective.

Although if it was technically the correct call then whatever I guess.

Yay pats

Yeah because most people don't care what the rules actually are and just believe their own understanding of things.

He goes down the ball is moving in his arms. When he lands out of bounds the ball which was in his right hand when he started going down is moving from his left arm to his right arm when he's rolling out of bounds. Which means he doesn't have possession yet.

The Eagles were penalized 10 times for 126 yards while the Panthers were penalized 1 time for 1 yard Thursday night. If you watched the game, the Eagles D line DOMINATED the game yet not 1 holding on Carolinas oline?

Refs tried to throw the lions back in the game today. 120 yards and 10 penalties to 5 and 40 while saints playing prevent. :hmmm:

If this was gronk it wouldve been a td and call stands as called

Guarantee you that

That feel when you meet the Pats twice a year.
You get used to getting screw'd by the officials.

I had a friend starting the jets QB, TE and playing against the Pats D...so in one stupid call he lost a passing TD, a receiving TD, the -3 points the Pats D his opponet would have gotten, AND the Pats D ended up getting two points for a fumble. hahahah

Yeah like all the DPIs gronk gets when he's getting mauled constantly. Refs love to give gronk calls. Point is moot though cause gronk wouldn't have fumbled.

The call was correct. Dude lost control of the ball in the field of play and didn't regain it until he crossed the goal line and touched out of bounds. By rule thats a touchback.

Just like the tuck rule, people are mad the refs followed to rules cause it benefited the Patriots.

You mean the guy who gets mauled yet gets the most OPIs called against him? Just lol at pretending the league favors the Patriots when forever salty Pats haters like you were riding deflategate.
