How many calories must i have to keep the same weight. I am 5'10 and weigh 175. I am training for triathlons. I work at an automotive warehouse so i do alot of manual labor from 730-5. i also work at dell from 6-11. What would be a good diet to maintain that wiehgt and if u could scheldule a daily meal plan. i can eat anytime from 630 to 5 but from 6-11 i can only drink a sahke or protein bar or something small.

bro, your just going to have to do some searching.

post your current diet, and we can give you suggestions. as for your calories, track your calories for a week, and then adjust them accordingly until you arnt gaining or losing weight each week.

2 hamburgers and 50g protein shake
