Timing is irrelevant. Calorie intake during the day is all that matters.

That being said, teens are not advised to restrict calories in this sub-forum.

And even if you weren't a teen, 7 kg weight loss in a month = not good.

Where you are currently at given your age, stature and weight and gender, you burn approximately 56,375 calories in a 30-day month as a base (basal metabolic rate; the amount of calories you burn before even talking about additional exercise).

The loss of 15lbs (7kg) equates to the deficit of 3500 calories per pound, which 15lbs = 52,500 calories deficit.

You're suggesting consuming 30,000 calories in a month.

This is a severe deficit and you will land yourself ill or worse attempting it. And at such a young age too...

May I ask the reason why you are trying to achieve such dramatic weight loss?

timing is irrelevant. All you need is a 14,000 calorie deficit over 7 days. I wouldn't recommenced losing this much weight unless you were fatter than dj khaled

This is dangerous, foolish and not allowed to be discussed.
