Hey guys,

So I usually adjust my diet on a caloric basis by adjusting my carbs every week. Basically I would keep the same macros for the whole week and the following week I would decrease carbs by lets say 0.1g/lb of body weight and repeat. I've been reading a lot about macro cycling and I decided I want to give it a try for at least two weeks or so. Looking for some input as to whether I should change some things or go about it completely different. Thanks guys!

Side Notes:
- Ending calories are taking into account calories burned during cardio (estimation).
- Numbers are based off of last week's average weight of 160.9 pounds.

You're just over complicating things doing this. Hit your minimums: .8g/lb protein and .4g/lb fat, fill the rest as you want with c/f/p.

What benefit do you think this will give you? Also, why are you varying your calories so much?
