I do gum but sometimes that gets old. What do you do to resist the urge to eat/snack?

have hobbies, dont watch tv anymore, there is also a world of 0 calorie drinks out there, making better food choices (not cheetos)

Rinse your mouth with mouthwash. Can't eat or drink for ages after that

I don't eat constantly because I don't want to be fat. Lack of willpower is the reason that 99.99999% of fat people are fat.

Just think in terms of calories being relative to what it takes to burn off what you're about to eat. That medium sized cookie? A mile run.

The cookie will lose it's appeal quickly. If it doesn't then you're in for a rough ride to leanness

I only ask because I'm on vacation for about 45 days in South America. Visiting the in laws. Don't have my normal day to day activities or chores. I'm lucky to get my workout in at a local gym and spin at the house in the later evening. Down here is a tad difficult to obtain zero calorie drinks. I make tea but being calorie deficit makes me hungry as ****. And it so ****ing hot and humid down here that you don't want to really do much.

Great suggestion behind mouth wash/brushing teeth. I do think of how much cardio is needed if I snack excessively

Get a massive bottle of unflavored sparking water and squeeze a sliced lime and through it in there, tastes almost like a beer.

Increasing your water in general will keep you more full.

For food, eat strawberries. High-volume and taste like candy in a deficit.

I've been doing sliced apples with a bit of salted almond butter. I pound water. I swear I have almost 1 liter every hour or so. Being in the tropics the sweating doesn't stop.

Celery with salsa on my days off. It's easy while I'm at work. No access to food for miles other than what I brought

Video games. They distract me more than TV, and because I've got a controller in my hand, I don't feel the need to snack.

Get some books?

THIS^^^^
They're very low calorie and it's tough to eat even half of one and you'll be full all day
