Try adding water to your 2kg tub of whey protein. That'll do the trick.

Damn he's my hero

I was thinking if I could throw any protein powder into meals. I keep hearing of all the dangers of heating up protein powder denaturing proteins and making it ineffective or something. Get the flavorless protein powders and sneaking them into my meals.

A 24 oz New York Strip steak, seared in a screaming-hot cast iron skillet, seasoned with fresh-ground black pepper and coarse kosher salt.

Using protein powder in recipes is no problem. Heating a for longer periods or using very high temperatures may be an exception, I'm not sure.

PS. ~40 gram protein maximally stimulates muscle protein synthesis. Eating more is possible but it's not as effective for building muscle. Most of the remaining protein is used for other processes like urea production, oxidation etc.
