Can someone detail the high calorie, low cost foods great in each category for example:

High calorie, low cost

Protein:

Tuna
Eggs
Etc

Carbs:
Pop tarts
Granola bars
Broc ****
Potatoes

Fats:
Peanut butter
Nuts

Like I know the basic foods that are great, but it does get tiring of eating the same 20-40 things.

AND PLEASE CAN WE GET TWO STICKIES that are "High Cal, low cost foods" and a "low cal, low cost foods"

This should provide a wealth of knowledge that you can use.
Good luck with your list.

Food prices vary quite a bit based on location so this wouldn't be that helpful. Most people can just google this info and then visit local stores and do price comparison on their own.

No. If every topic that has already been covered here a million times were stickied, the first 20 pages of this forum would be sticky threads. And nobody would ever read any of them before posting the same question again anyway.

A 2-second forum search of the topic, 'food budget' brought up 89 threads.
