I'm trying to eat atleast 4000 calories everyday because I'm small but don't know how to really manage to get that much food considering I don't cook so the idea is to eat 2nd plates at dinner but even then I'm not sure if its enough. Mornings I have 4 eggs and glass of milk, school lunch couple of pb sandwiches and big m then the dinner. I don't weigh my food so I have no idea of how much I'm eating which makes me paranoid that Im in a deficit. What are ways I can ensure Im getting way over maintenance?

Use a mass gainer.

No, just no.

At 14, you don't need to weigh your food or count calories. Just make sure you're slowly gaining weight each month.

Why 4000? Start by reading the stickies.

why?

because it's expensive af for a lot of people to eat 4000 calories a day.

ok, but there's plenty of cheaper more nutritious options than a bag of processed carbs.
