I've been sticking to a strict maintenance diet for the past 3 months with 1 cheat meal a week. I graduate in 3 weeks and I'm thinking of celebrating by having one day to literally just binge on all sorts of food all day long. How bad would this mess me up, I have abs and would like to keep them lol would one day like this really screw with my body fat percentage? Thanks!

You will forever be 15,000 calories further from your goals.

Why don't you just do what any normal human being would do? Ignore your diet for that day, but don't actively try and "binge" on as many calories as possible?!

Stop thinking about cheating and binging and celebrating by eating like a pig.

Restrictive dieting is the reason you feel like binging.
