MLB > NBA > NFL

All very difficult however:

MLB: I believe has longest average tenure among the three so that helps. If you play in a ballpark that is hitter/pitcher friendly depending on position, that could certainly help.

NBA: Less roster spots, so tougher to stick around. With how defense is disappearing, you're seeing more no-name guys putting up big numbers. I feel like HOF standards for basketball are fairly low. If you make a handful of all-star teams and score 15k points you'll make it eventually even w/o a ring.

NFL: Hella hard to stick around due to injury risk.
