So working on a NEW diet plan from my old one, focusing on cost effectiveness and overall daily calories. My goal is 1600 calories a day, with meals rich enough so i dont feel hungry between (tbh the hunger feeling is what made me quit my first diet). So i have 2 meal plans that i researched the calories thorougly, and my plan is to alternate between these plans everyday so my stomach doesnt get tired of the same thing EVERY day. I whipped up these pans in a ext document which i will copy paste below. Just looking for opinions on the meals in the plans, constructive criticism, and anything i should change as long as its not too drastic.
