Why is Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Aspartame,etc with 0 calories bad for people trying to cut?

It's cuz maltodextrin and dextrose aren't 0 calories. They are 4 calories per gram.

there are studies that say Aspartame causes people to feel more hungry, and Aspartame has no inherent fat-burning properties as some have claimed.

However, doesn't make me feel hungry and from time to time if I crave something sweet i'll have a diet soda. It's actually beneficial to me for that reason while I'm cutting, zero calories for the satisfaction.
