First, are you sure you need that many calories?

Second, determine your minimum protein and fat intake, fill the rest of your cals as you want with c/f/p. Eat the foods you like to hit your cals. Prioritize whole, minimally processed foods and don't neglect fiber. You can include more processed foods in moderation as long as well.

Third, read the stickies.

You could also try this post in the personal trainers section. All the PT's will be like... "Ye$$$ (silent), ehhm might be able to work something out."

No seriously, read the stickies!

Find your standard, every day healthy 3000 calorie meal plan and add 1000 calories of peanut butter and ice cream. You may on occasion substitute cheeseburgers or extra pizza on some days if you prefer.

1. No, if you want information spoon fed to you.. go purchase a Bogus BS meal plan
2. Read the stickies
3. You most likely do NOT require 4,000 calories.

Or, if he wants to purchase a non-bogus one (and some coaching too): Online Coaching/Nutrition: eriktheelectric.bigcartel.com

Here you go:

Step 1: Eat vegetables every day
Step 2: Meet your protein and fat minimums every day
Step 3: Eat as many carbs as is required for you to feel energized and make gym progress
Step 4: Eat when you enjoy eating
Step 5: Make sure the result from Steps 1-4 is 4,000 calories.
