Hi guys
So i eat a low sodium diet because i've read that sodium causes a puffy face and water retention.

However i've recently found out i have low blood pressure. I've also realized that i eat VERY LOW sodium. I've read that low sodium can cause low blood pressure.

For example my diet - all the food i eat is unprocessed and i do not add any salt or flavouring to my food.

e.g. the kind of foods i eat
Breakfast oats, water, protein
lunch oats ,water protein, chicken salad , spinach eggs
dinner steak (no flavour), veggies, salad, brown rice (No flavour added)
snacks - dark chocolate, nuts , fruit
before bed, greek yoghurt, protein, PB (natural)
Probably consume less than 1000mg sodium a day

I also sweat a lot in the gym and drink a gallon of water or more a day.

Do you think it's bad i eat such low sodium? Is it causing my low blood pressure?

Sodium only causes water retention/bloat for most if they vary their intake wildly; if you keep your intake (whatever that may be) consistent than it is usually a non-issue.

Eat your sodium.
