So i live on a small island. and the fitness lifestyle is starting to bloom.

I had the idea of baking cakes with good fitting macros. But i never baked cakes but i would love to start.

Is there anywhere i can look specifically for high protein recipes?

There's this fancy new thing called an "internet search". Here's a quick tutorial on how they work:

I bake cakes from scratch. I can tell you this straight up. you are not going to find or create a recipie for a cake that will be palatable with out adding 2 cups of sugar and at least I stick of butter. cake has protein in it from milk, eggs, fat from butter, and carbs from sugar and flour.

don't go ****ing up a good thing. No one want horrible cake. People need to accept that there is no substitute for good cake. As a lover of cake and baker of many cakes I can tell you this is god's honest truth. You can try it if you want to but it will never compare to the real thing.

Maybe try to make protein bars or brownies but cake is not o be ****ed with . Please.

I wish omene would serve me that piece of **** cake ever. there is not substitute.

I will eat a 1200 calorie slice of cake (bc that usually what an allotment of good decadent cake runs) and make up going over my calories or simply wait until I bulk.

Sorry I take cake seriously. Cake should be a treat. I bake cakes year round and don't eat them. I made a German Chocolate cake for my son's birthday because he loves them also bc I am allergic to nuts.

don't give the people bad cake. I say master baking yummy cakes from scratch first.. Then try to fix the macros, you'll see its damn near impossible.

I recommend crab cakes frosted with a homemade salsa or aioli.

The numerous recipe threads would be a great place to start.
