Hey guys, my biggest problem with losing weight is that I have a hectic schedule and I'm not a great cook. I've been looking into companies like nutrisystem and whatnot. Does anyone have any recommendations for premade meals? I don't need every meal, but 1 a day would help

Your "biggest problem" with losing weight isn't due to your cooking skills, it's your time management skills.

Food prep can be your best friend if you go introduce yourself to him and take the time to get to know him really well.

In other words, plan in advance what you will eat and when you will eat it, taking your schedule into account, and prepare the food in advance, and have it ready to go.

If all you need is one meal then you are most likely cooking at some point. When you do, just cook extra for leftovers. Also, I bet you could find an hour per week and that is plenty to pre make food. Much cheaper and you can adjust to your taste.
