So I'm going on a cut and I thought I should ask for any tips as a teen trying to lose some fat after bulking up for the last 3 months( went from 124-142/143 pounds I'm 5'5 and 17). My bf has gone from 14-15 to the high teens so I kinda want to lose it and I know I should first start by lowering my calorie intake so I'm aiming for 2100 calories as oppose to my usually 2300-2500 as I figure this is a good enough deficit that it shouldn't effect my hormones or be too drastic as I am a teenager. Was wondering if I could get any feedback/ or advice??

Best advice: don't cut as a teenager. Eat and lift to grow while you're in the prime of your life to do so. You can worry about cutting in a few years.

Do not cut...eat at maintenance and continue to lift. You gained too much weight in a short period. Lean bulking is better and should be done at 2 lbs per much to limit fat gains.
