I see some people have there fats around 50-55 is there any befit to this? I've heard better for body recomp

2600 cals

I'm 5, 11 pretty active job but nothing crazy around 25000 steps a day male.

0.4-0.5 fats are optimum for our hormonal system.

I've read the stickys and that's why I felt like something was off. I was mainly asking if it's more optimal for higher carb lower fat and what exactly that would do to the body. I've read nothing a cal is a cal but was wondering why many pros are on a higher carb lower fat

Carbs are preferential and many find they aid performance.

Fats are essential, carbs are not; meet fat minimums (.45g per pound) then eat more if you like or fill out with more carbs.
