My meals are
Morning:100g oats 20 peanuts raw and 2 bananas
lunch: tuna(60g) 20 almonds
Snack: 4 whole eggs
Dinner:1 chicken breast with pitta bread and salad

my kg is 80 1.75cm
too much calories for cutting?

I am around 2100-2300? till lunch i count 1000 calories 4 eggs is about 360 calories and chicken breast pitta and salad is around 600

You need to use math.
Weigh your food.
Calculate your calories and macros from that food.
Get a total.
If you're not losing weight, you're eating too much.
Eat less.

I think u need an english lesson more than a math lesson
