background info:i am 15,165 cm and 54kg. I do workout dvd ( for 30 mins),bike (for 30 mins) and elliptical (for 30 mins) daily
I eat 1500calories a day
I mainly oatmeal,grits and vegetables . I am scared to eat anything else (my family only cooks me dinner) but I want to eat different stuff sometimes but I eat 1500 cals a day to maintain my weight.
will i gain weight if i stop counting calories and eat whatever i want? i want to eat eggs,sandwiches,french toast, sausage,peanut butter and jelly sandwiches,chicken etc.

You're a growing 15 yr old. Eat more and don't worry about counting calories. Eat those foods you listed above.

The last thing you should be doing is eating 1,500 calories at your age.

No, it is absolutely not okay. Stop counting calories now before it gets obsessive, if it isn't already. There's no reason why you shouldn't allow yourself to eat the food you want, and no you won't necessarily gain weight. Your body needs more food than that for energy and growth, you're not going to get fat from it at your age. Enjoy your exercise, eat what you want, and live life to the fullest while you're still young. Don't let food determine the quality of your life.

You likely need double (if not more) calories than that; eat to grow, and stop obsessing on calories. Just eat the foods you like and practice common sense and moderation.
