I'm trying to bulk. I used to take whey protein and I've just begin to switch to mass gainers. And it's high in calorie....especially carb. Does that mean I should reduce my daily initial diet plan? I'm afraid I may get an ugly belly due to excess calories n carbs. Should I carry on eating what I've been eating plus the mass gainer? I wanna bulk without getting a flabby belly. Is that possible? Need some right advise....Tq

Calculate TDEE, eat food to enter caloric surplus, stop buying/wasting money on a gainer.

Don't waste your money on mass gainers, it's just an overpriced whey + sugar.
Getting the same amount of calories from food is extremely easy and more nutritious.

Make sure you limit weight gain to 1-2 pounds per month. If you find yourself gaining much faster than that - reduce portion sizes.

Of course they change your diet, you have to adjust your calories according to your macros.
