**Breakfast 7am - 80 grams of Oats with milk - 400 calories (10g protein milk)
- 3 Eggs scrambled with a little bit of olive oil, dijon mustard and chives (18g protein)
- 2 PJ sandwiches (500 calories)

28g of protein


**Lunch** 12pm - Honey Mustard Chicken with mozarella + broccoli (158g of Chicken : 37.5g of protein ) and white tomato sauce + pasta (potentially bad though not really; 32.5g )

37.5g of protein



**Dinner ** 5pm - (Same again) Honey Mustard Chicken with mozarella + broccoli (158g of Chicken : 37.5g of protein ) and white tomato sauce + pasta (potentially bad though not really; 32.5g )

37.5 of protein


** Late protein ** 9pm - 2 Scoops of whey and milk = 55g of protein + 1 PB sandwich


This amounts to around 160g of protein and almost 3000 calories, which is decent for my BW (145lb). However, it looks as if I'm getting at max 90g of protein from chicken and eggs which seems so small (bad?). The remainder I get from whey shakes (50g) and milk (20g). I'm not sure if having whey protein shake take up almost a third of my protein intake is such a good thing? Though I do this mainly because of the cost and time of eating chicken. I also don't have my shake post workout (usually a meal instead) as it means I have to delay one of my meals which I'd rather get out of the way so I can study. Is there anything that particularly stands out here as being sub-optimal?

What are the total macros and calories? You gave only an estimate for protein and calories.

What are your goals? Lose weight? Gain weight?
