Seems strange to be throwing away an egg yolk when you are also downing a 650 calorie shake.

But I'm not in any position to question someone with 20 inch arms!

As long as you're in a caloric deficit, your protein is high, and you are lifting consistently, you should be fine. If you want a "healthy" diet, eat more fruits and vegetables.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions, feel free to email me at ******

What about dietary fats?

Taking a "mass gainer" and then asking about fat loss.

Please read the stickies.

eating 1 single egg without yolk for breakfast and wasting all calories on mass gainer which doesnt have any nutritional value on a cut is really mind blowing OP

Looks awful. You don't list macros but it looks too low in fat, needlessly high in protein, absolutely not enough veggies and fruit. It also looks like dangerously low in taste.
