Hello!
I've been trying intermitten fasting for a week now 16/8 schedual, I feel fine really and i haven't seen any muscle loss at all ..
But i have this weird feeling in my muscles before i break my fasting with an hour or two ( when hunger is really peaking and it's been a 14 hours since i last ate anything )
It feels like my muscles are burning, i have a burning weird sensation IN the muscle it self,
is this normal ? does any body have an explanation ? is it just me or anyone else is going thourgh this ?
Thank you guys

Have you checked to see if you're on fire?

Who cares. Very few people on these boards use IF as its both unnecessary and sub optimal. Why are you doing it?

It's difficult to detect muscle gain or loss - even with specialist equipment - and over a much longer period of time than just 1 week.

I'm afraid we can't draw any conclusions from your experiences. As mentioned we don't recommend IF for body composition goals unless it's the only way you can control your appetite.
