Just finished a quick cut where I had lean shakes for breakfast and lunch and then had a balanced dinner to finish off the day. Dropped ten pounds in two weeks after a long bulk (3 months). What got me thinking though was how much power I lost during the cut. I must have dropped a good 40lbs off my bench in those two weeks. The cut was great, don't get me wrong. It really leaned me out and I'm looking much more defined. The power loss is just huge though. Any tips on protecting it more on the next cut after a few more months of bulking?

What kind of deficit were you in? a lot of that 10lbs would have been water.

Cut at less of a deficit.
