My family has a history of prostate probs. so I watch this closely. PSA is .6 @ almost 49 yrs. old.

As w. virtually all supplements, it seems the research is conflicting w. prostate supplements. Saw Palmetto, etc. all have peer reviewed papers stating both ways (some say it works, others say it doesn't).

Do you men know of any proven prostate supplements?

My urologist recent gave me a trial pack of Prostate 2.4, but have not really had the time to review it closely & have been looking for a proven prostate supplement that really works.

Currently taking Flomax (0.4mg) & Finasteride (5mg.).

Just checking - thanks for all of the recent advice y'all have offered. Awesome forum.

Urologist has said to stay away from testosterone since it enlarges the prostate, but he also told me to stay away from creatine because it's bad for kidneys (which we know is not true).

But was just wondering if there were any tried & more effective prostate supplements out there.
