View Full Version : Shoulder Injury

I've been going strong since the beginning of the year and seeing results.. I've been doing my best to watch my form as I increase the weight however I've still managed to severely injure my shoulder. My left shoulder can't even support doing an overhead dumb bell press with 20's, I can however still do incline press with minimal pain.. wtf have I done and how can I prevent it?

I've taken the week off and the shoulder is getting a bit more mobile but I feel this is going to take well over a week. Doing nothing but ab/leg work with body weight and daily physio exercises for my shoulder including icing it 3-4 times a day on and off.
