Hey, I'm trying to get rid of my beer stomach, so for the past 3 weeks I've only been following:
- Carrots
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
Together with soya, so it actually tastes really good
Occasionally I'll also eat some chicken breast


I also run 4 miles every day
Is this an effecient way to do lose weight as quick as possible, or could I be eating something thats even better for weightloss?

Eating below your TDEE will make you lose weight. You don't need to extremely limit your diet.
